Janazah Community Services to Pakistan.
With the permission of Allah, we have also decided to expand our organization Janazah Community Services to Pakistan.
Janazahs (Funerals) is not only about servicing the Dead but also the Living and I learned that in the last couple of years while carrying out Janazahs. Through Janazahs, we fulfill the rights the Deceased have upon us and also cater to the requests and needs of the grieving family members by easing their loss & suffering. In doing so, we witnessed their satisfaction in the form of their Duas for us.
This birthed the hunger in us to extinguish the hunger of the hungry !
Our Journey to Pakistan
Last Ramadan of 2023, we traveled to Pakistan and fed Iftar to hundreds of hungry and poor people and did Rashan (food) package distribution to families in need.
We are aiming to make this an annual tradition every year.
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“Whoever gives iftar to one who is fasting will have a reward like his, without that detracting
from the reward of the fasting
person in the slightest.”
